The Lord has blessed us with many groups to train here in the land of Israel. One aspect of this is seeing and studying the land. We are praying for a new, fuel-efficient van to help take our students around without renting expensive rental vans. 

Buying property in Israel on a ministry budget is frankly impossible without God intervening. A small house in our area averages about $750k to 1.25 million dollars. To finance, one must have a minimum of 50% down. Our current rent is about $2000 per month plus utilities. A $400k donation would enable the ministry to establish permanent housing with a monthly mortgage payment equal to its current rental agreement. If it were not for knowing the God we serve, we would feel silly putting this item on our needs board, but it is a need and perhaps the most important.
